Using Dr. Christiane Northrup’s Women’s Bodies, Women’s wisdom healing cards, I use the 4-card health spread to provide intuitive prompts, which I interpret along with the information provided in your intake form to give you reflective questions to ponder about your health, your mindset, your stress levels, and what you might need to do in order to experience healing and symptom relief, and achieve your health and wellness goals.
